EC Water Solutions’ Systems are capable of operating at 10, 125, 250 and 500 GPM regardless of water supply’s initial conductivity, with additional capacity available by adding more units.

Why EC Water Solutions Over Traditional EC?
Traditional electrocoagulation units have always been limited by two operational parameters: the passivation and fouling of the electrodes, which cause the process to shut down, and low conductivity, which causes the process to consume excessive power while starving flocculant output.
EC Water Solutions' patent-pending reactor removes both ceilings at once. The system eliminates electrode passivation entirely, so there's no fouling-driven downtime and no maintenance cycle built around cleaning or replacing degraded electrodes. At the same time, it maintains full treatment performance in low-conductivity wastewater without the power penalty conventional EC units incur — meaning flow rate holds steady at 250 to 500 GPM per unit regardless of the water's starting conductivity, with capacity simply scaling by adding units.
